Jennifer Echegini is eager to debut for Nigeria at the Women’s Africa Cup of Nations. The midfielder has already played for Nigeria in two significant international events – the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup and the upcoming 2024 Olympic Games in Paris. Echegini expressed her excitement about playing in Morocco, saying, “It’s very special.” Although I have participated in significant international tournaments, I have yet to compete in a WAFCON. I’m really looking forward to this since it’s my first time.
