EPL: 4 Fixtures we could see shock results in Game Week 14

The Premier League enters Game Week 14 this weekend with some very interesting matches across the UK.

The big game is likely to be Chelsea’s match against Everton, with the Blues hoping to end a winless run against David Moyes’ team.

Arsenal also host Wolves, a week after they lost to a late Aston Villa goal the last time around.

Manchester City travel to Crystal Palace, Liverpool welcome Brighton and Manchester United take on Bournemouth.

So, what games can we expect upsets?

1. Arsenal vs Wolves: Mikel Arteta’s men have seen their lead at the top of the table cut to two points. Although Arsenal are expected to pull off an easy win over Wolves on Saturday, the bottom team in the league could yet stun their hosts. At a point during their loss to Manchester United, Wolves were level, scoring for the first time in a while. Maybe they are beginning to find some form.

2. Man Utd vs Bournemouth: Although United thrashed Wolves 4-1 on Monday, a lot of observers were not impressed with the win. Their match against Bournemouth next week, will prove if they are back to playing well. The Cherries have Antoine Semenyo fit again and he will not be off to AFCON. He could prove to be the difference maker.

3. Crystal Palace vs Man City: Before thrashing Sunderland 3-0 at the Etihad, City managed to win two games (3-2 against Leeds and 5-4 against Fulham). This proves that if you get at Pep Guardiola’s men, you could get something out of it. Palace will be relishing this one in front of their fans on Sunday.

4. Liverpool vs Brighton: Arne Slot thought he had taken all three points against Leeds United last weekend, but the game eventually ended 3-3. Liverpool bounced back to winning ways with a 1-0 victory over Inter Milan in the Champions League. They will be looking to go on a run when they host Brighton, but Fabian Hurzeler’s men are usually tricky customers.
