Manchester United manager, Ruben Amorim, is set to change his tactical formation when they play Bournemouth in the Premier League on Monday night.
According to The Athletic, Amorim will switch up from his much criticized 3-4-3 setup.
The Portuguese coach is considering the change, with the trio of Bryan Mbeumo, Amad Diallo and Noussair Mazraoui set to fly to the Africa Cup of Nations.
Their absence could lead to the Red Devils reverting to a back-four system.
Amorim has stuck with his approach since he arrived at Old Trafford, having enjoyed success at Sporting.
He has faced plenty of criticisms across 58 matches – with only 23 wins being secured while missing out on major silverware and European qualification last season.
But the 40-year-old has informed his players ahead of the meeting with Wolves that “a change is coming”.
