Former England midfielder, Paul Merson, has claimed the Premier League title is not in Arsenal’s hands anymore.
Merson was speaking on Sky Sports after the Gunners threw away a two-goal lead to draw 2-2 with Wolves on Wednesday night.
Goals from Bukayo Saka and Piero Hincapie were cancelled out by Hugo Bueno and Tom Edozie.
Merson has now suggested Arsenal players failed to “look after the game”.
He also said he is expecting Manchester City to punish Mikel Arteta’s side.
“This game had to be looked after. You don’t get these moments back, it was two points thrown away one million percent,” Merson said.
“Manchester City will punish you and now it’s not even in Arsenal’s hands. It is unbelievable what’s happened.”
