The Senegalese capital has turned a new page in its municipal history this Monday, with the official installation of Abbass Fall à la tête de la mairie de Dakar. Elected on 25 August 2025 by the municipal council, the new mayor took office during a solemn ceremony marked by the presence of the administrative authorities, municipal councillors, as well as several political and social personalities.
