FCT Election: Technical failures preventing residents from voting – ADC raises alarm (VIDEO)

The African Democratic Congress, ADC, has condemned the technical failure being witnessed at the Federal Staff Clinic Polling Unit in Gwarinpa, describing it as a clear case of voter disenfranchisement.

It was reported that voters at the polling unit faced difficulties as the accreditation machine malfunctioned, preventing eligible citizens from casting their votes.

According to a post on the party’s official x handle, ADC emphasized that elections must be free, fair, transparent, and accessible to all citizens.

The party urged electoral authorities to immediately repair or replace the faulty machines to ensure that all voters at the polling unit can exercise their constitutional rights without further delay.

ADC reaffirmed its commitment to protecting every vote and ensuring that democracy is not undermined by technical setbacks.
