The Ona of Abaji, Baba Yunusa Ugbada, has commended President Bola Tinubu’s developmental efforts in the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, through Minister Nyesom Wike.
Ugbada called Wike a true ambassador of President Tinubu.
The monarch, who doubles as the Chairperson of FCT Royal Chiefs, spoke while receiving Adamu Abdullahi-led members of the FCT Renewed Hope Ambassadors on Thursday.
The visit was aimed at strengthening relationships and seek support for President Tinubu’s administration.
The Ona of Abaji emphasized the need for more infrastructure and educational interventions in the FCT, particularly in satellite towns.
The Renewed Hope Ambassadors also visited several chiefdoms including Gwargwada, Rubochi, Yaba, Wako, Pai, and Zuba.
On his part, Alhaji Abubakar Sani Pai, Chief of Pai, praised the administration for improving road networks, aiding farmers in transporting produce to the capital.
Engr. Muhammad Bello Umar, Agora of Zuba, expressed confidence in the ambassadors and pledged support for the FCT’s progress and unity.
Hon. Adamu Abdullahi assured traditional rulers that their concerns would be conveyed to President Tinubu, who is committed to listening to the people.
