Le Groupe Futurs Médias (GFM) is going through a painful moment with the loss of one of its most committed members. Ibrahima Dieng, commercial director of the group, has died, leaving behind him an immense void within the great family of Senegalese media. A respected professional, Ibrahima Dieng has distinguished himself by his keen sense of work well done, his unfailing commitment and his ability to federate around him. For many years, he contributed passionately to the commercial reach of GFM, actively participating in its expansion and influence. His colleagues unanimously hail a man of values, always listening, appreciated as much for his competence as for his humanity. His departure constitutes a heavy loss for the group, but also for all those who had the privilege of working alongside him. The funeral is scheduled for Friday 6 June in Saint-Louis, his hometown.
