As more and more issues keep arising, the controversy surrounding Prophet Emmanuel Akwasi Boakye, also known as Prophet Ogyaba, is still continuous.
The apostle himself acknowledged that he has lost over 30 users in his church, which is a visible decrease in the account of his church as a result of the scandal.
This occurred after Ogyaba admitted to having an encounter with a woman in his religion who was known as Lady Cassie. He revealed that he had spent approximately GH₵370, 000 ( about$ 60, 000 ) on Cassie during their relationship, including GH₵100, 000 for renting and furnishing an apartment for her.
Some have taken to social media to communicate their sorrow, asserting that Prophet Ogyaba’s deeds have brought disgrace upon Christianity.
They have advised his temple members to make the sensible decision to leave before it is too late to deter other men of God who exploit innocent people.
