Rivers State Governor, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, has approved the appointment of five new Permanent Secretaries in the Rivers State Civil Service.
This was contained in a statement issued on Tuesday by the Head of service Rivers State, Inyingi S. I. Brown.
The appointees include, Wachukwu, Vincent Worgu; Eke, Cordelia Uwuma; Ogboma, Ifeanyi Anthony;, Jim-Jaja, Mina Gogo and Uzor, Henry.
The statement indicated that the appointees will be sworn in by the Governor on Wednesday, 11th February, 2026.
Former Sole Administrator of the state, Retired Vice Admiral Ibok-Ete Ibas had in June 2025 appointed eleven permanent secretaries.
