​Guinea-Bissau: Ilídio Vieira is appointed Prime Minister and Minister of Finance 

  While the junta that seized power in Guinea-Bissau appointed last Thursday General Horta N’Tam as transitional president, Umaro Sissoco Embaló signed from the coast of Senegal to take refuge there, Ilídio Vieira Té is now the new Prime Minister of Guinea-Bissau. In addition to directing the government, Vieira Té cumule également le portefeuille des Finances, assuming the political and economic management of the country for a period of 12 mois.
