This is the case in Kaolack, Fatick, Diourbel, Dakar, Thiès, Ziguinchor, Mbour and the Lower Casamance, where the storms could disturb the morning of the population. Over the rest of the territory, the sky will generally remain overcast, with however some localised showers possible. The ANACIM recalls that the day is expected to be generally rainy, particularly in the centre and south of the country, areas already accustomed to heavy rains in this winter period.
