Ghanaian internet character, GH Mouthpiece, just opened up about her decision to stop attending church in an interview with Nana Romeo on Accra FM. She expressed that she no longer finds benefit in going to church and believes serving God can be done outside its windows. “ I don’t see the need to go to church, ” she stated. “ I don’t see the benefit of waking up on a Sunday or any other day just to go to church. ” When asked if she believes in God, GH Mouthpiece confidently affirmed her trust, saying, “ I believe in God; He is my ‘juju. ’ Persons often accuse me of doing magic, but my ‘juju’ is God. He’s the reason I am who I am now. ” Addressing the question of not attending church despite her belief in God, she added, “ Who says the place you’re going to is the house of God? The church of God is your brain, and your attitude is God’s home. God said the figure is His church; He did n’t claim it was built everywhere. The church tower is just a conference position, but the true church of God is within us. ” She went on to condemn some techniques in modern temples, comparing them to sites. “Churches nowadays are even more than businesses. That’s where they sell cheap washing oils, lotions, stickers, and other equipment, ” she said. GH Mouthpiece even opened up about her personal knowledge, which led her to stop attending church. She explained that her choice stemmed from feeling rejected and badly treated by religion people. “ I used to be an attendant and a parishioner in my religion. After a bride, things went missing, and they wanted to blame me for it. I was punished for a crime I did n’t commit and was demoted in the temple. It was heartbreaking because the chapel, a spot where I was supposed to feel love and care, became a source of pain, ” she recounted. Watch the video below. .
