​In the case of Racine Sy, the court ordered a fine of 797 million FCFA. 

  The President of the IPRES Board of Directors, Mamadou Racine Sy, was authorised by Judge Idrissa Diarra to pay a security deposit of 797 million FCFA. This decision, taken on 13 May 2025, avoids its placement under a mandat de dépôt. According to information from Seneweb, based on Articles 133 and 140 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the judge ordered his council to deposit the sum at the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC) for the benefit of the State of Senegal. The Director of the CDC has been requested to execute this order.
