Communication is an art. Each image or message conveyed must be analysed taking into account all the sociological parameters and realities of the moment. And the current reality is that many of the localities of our country including the department of Mbacké, Touba in particular, live in a difficult situation caused by the heavy rains that have fallen on our country. In addition, we all know that the times are currently very difficult economically. This makes many of our compatriots pull the devil by the tail because of the economic difficulties inherited from the old regime. So, instead of giving the impression of living in comfort and being insensitive to the situations of our compatriots playing Scrabble, the communication advisors of the President of the Republic should rather show him in full in the files.
