The man who broke into the house and threatened the family of Prime Minister Ousmane Sonko in Ziguinchor had an accomplice. L’Observateur announces the arrest of the latter in its delivery of this Tuesday 4 February. The Court of First Instance held that the Commission’s decision to impose a fine on the applicant was based on the fact that the applicant had not complied with the conditions laid down in the contested decision.
