Just a day after the death of his mother, Jigawa State Governor, Umar Namadi, has faced another tragedy with the loss of his eldest son, Abdulwahab Namadi. Hamisu Mohammed Gumel, the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, confirmed the news to DAILY POST. Abdulwahab tragically lost his life in a serious car accident while driving from Kafin Hausa to Dutse. Reports indicate that he lost control of his vehicle, resulting in it overturning. He died at the scene, while his friends who were with him received various injuries and are currently being treated at Dutse General Hospital. Abdulwahab’s body has been taken to Kafin Hausa for burial.
