One of the two fatalities in a wrong-way fall on the 134 Freeway in Pasadena is identified as William Yost, a citizen of Altadena.
A wrong-way collapse in Pasadena on Sunday, January 5, led to the deaths of two individuals.
The multi-vehicle accident occurred around 8: 10 a. m. on the west 134 at North San Rafael Avenue in Pasadena.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a wrong-way vehicle entered from the San Rafael off-ramp and traveled eastward in the western roads.
He subsequently collided with three more cars, including a Toyota Prius and a Honda. Following the impact, at least one vehicles caught fire, causing the deaths of two individuals. Doctors transported three people to a local hospital.
Two automobiles in the fall were heavily damaged, rendering them unintelligible. A witness reported seeing a bright sedan collide with a silver car and the two preceding vehicles.
Only one of the dying was identified thus far – William Yost, 31, of Altadena.
Yost, formerly from Pasadena, graduated from Pasadena High in 2011. He played collegiate sports. In a Twitter bio we found, William described himself as a typical man.
” I am only a man like any other man, but I am about half as stupid”, he wrote in his profile on the site. No additional details about Yost are made available to the public. The 2nd prey in the fall has yet to be identified.
