The former director general of West African Energy (WAE) will continue his stay at Rebeuss. The application for provisional release which he had lodged before the Chambre pénale de la Cour suprême was dismissed. Les Échos indicated that the Chamber had decided on its dossier on Thursday 22 May. A third application which was not accepted after the one lodged on the table of the investigating judge and the prosecution. Le journal adds that Samuel SARR has not said his last word since his lawyers will deposit a new request for provisional freedom on the table of the investigating judge.
