Kids have Easter family fun at Ndaba Tree

Kwa-Thema – The Black Fusion Agency, in partnership with the Kwa-Thema Stakeholders’ Forum, hosted an Easter Family Fun Day at the Ndaba Tree Park on Monday.

“The purpose of this event was to see kids happy and try to minimise the rate of GBV, rape and drug abuse among them. The event was an initiative of the Girl Child Pads and the Boys’ Toiletries programmes for underprivileged kids. We donated sanitary pads, soaps, roll-ons and toothpaste.

“This is to make sure they are happy and feel special,” explained Lefa Ntuli of the agency.

The day’s activities included trampolines, water slides, face painting and Easter egg hunts. He said their sponsors made the event possible.
