Osagyefo Oseadeeyo Nana Agyeman Badu II, the Dormaahene, has described Kofi Adoma’s reported “blindness” as a advertising plot meant to damage the reputation of his country.
Nana Agyeman Badu said the whole affair is a strategy to bring embarrassment to the Bono country, making it the first time since Kofi Adoma was shot in the eye during his policy of the 2024 Kwafie event in Dormaa in December.
The High Court Justice, who is also known as Daniel Mensah, claimed that Dormaa is always the subject of a story to denigrate them whenever they engage in a noble act.
He claimed that a program was crafted to make the Kofi Adoma account shine above the success of the Kwafie Festival, which was supposed to honor the 25 years of his rule.

Kofi Adoma, a well-known African internet figure who was covering the Kwafie event, was shot in the eye in Dormaa. Adoma has since had numerous operations to repair his vision, but he is now in poor health, just getting a small portion of one eye’s sight.
Adoma and his wife addressed the Dormaahene at a press conference held only over a week ago, lamenting his inability to show concern for his condition and for failing to assist them in any way to protect the financial strain that his deafness has placed on them.
