The Prime Minister Ousmane Sonko affirmed that Senegal does not suffer from any political or social crisis, insisting on the stability and cohesion that currently reigns in the country. He was speaking on Thursday at the official ceremony for the launch of the second phase of the project to support and promote the entrepreneurial initiatives of women and young people (PAVIE 2). “Our country does not have political problems, we do not have social or societal problems. There is a perfect national cohesion”, declared le chef du gouvernement, underlining that the only real challenge remains economic. According to him, this challenge will be met thanks to the will shown and the skills mobilized within the administration and the development partners. “We have only one problem, the economic one, but the determination and the skills are there”, he assured. “The challenges of Podor entrepreneurs are not those of Kédougou or Gossas”, he said. Launched this Thursday in Dakar, the second phase of the Project to Support and Promote the Entrepreneurial Initiatives of Women and Youth (PAVIE 2), an initiative presented as a major lever for economic transformation in Senegal. ”
