The judge sentenced Doudou Coulibaly to three months of prison with suspension and a fine of 300 000 francs for offence to a foreign head of state. He has, however, relaxed the charge of offense against a person exercising all or part of the prerogatives of the Head of State. Between the force of the prosecution and the firmness of the judges: the protection of the Prime Minister remains questionable.
