LifeLine East Rand seeks board members

Ahead of its upcoming AGM, LifeLine East Rand invites prospective board members to submit their applications. The NGO has served the community for over five decades, offering counselling and emotional and victim support to those grappling with life’s uncertainties.

Individuals interested in serving on the organisation’s executive board can submit a comprehensive CV before the meeting on March 19 at 17:30 on 3 Russel Street, Western Extension, Benoni.

Applicants must be passionate about improving the lives of those in need while bringing the necessary experience, understanding of governance, vision and, where possible, specialist skills applicable in ensuring that the charity organisation is sustainably managed.

Board membership is voluntary, with no remuneration. Applicants must be older than 21, never convicted of a crime involving dishonesty or violence and in a stable financial situation.
