Kgothatso Mokgoroane started making music in 2020 and has since released several songs on digital platforms.

Kwa-Thema – Kgothatso ‘KultureSoul’ Mokgoroane (20) is an amapiano artist making waves in the music industry and about to release an EP titled Sgubhu.
He started making music on his cellphone through music-making software in 2020.
“A friend introduced me to an app called FL Studio Mobile, and he guided me on how to use it. That is how I learnt how to create and complete a song. I saw potential in myself and knew I had a musical gift,” he explained.
He makes private school piano (also called soulful amapiano) songs and describes the genre as interesting and unique.
Mokgoroane said he has a passion for music, “I have the desire to create music that cultivates my fans and keeps them entertained.
“I am working on an instrumental EP titled Sgubhu Selectives comprising seven Sgidongo [an artist] sounds to be released on November 5 and a mixtape titled KultureSoul Vol 3 on May 13.
“I will release a project titled Ama Action Figure 1 in partnership with an artist named DropOne on February 7,” added Mokgoroane.
Mokgoroane’s biggest desire is to share his knowledge of music with other artists, collaborate with more local artists and reach greater heights in the industry.
His biggest goal is to market his work on digital platforms, put his name on the map and become a popular artist.
“I want to make music that provides direction, healing, and songs that give a reason to have people dancing. I hope to travel soon, get better opportunities, perform at many recognised places around Johannesburg and become a global artist in a few years,” he concluded.
