Adam Lowry, the Winnipeg Jets ‘ commander, and Tyrel Bauer, the defenseman for the Manitoba Moose, are both finalists for year-end group awards. The Jets selected Lowry as one of the 32 finalists for the award, which best exemplifies management features both on and off the snow and has made a notable charitable contribution to his community. The winner will be given a$ 25, 000 gift to the organization of their choice. Kevin Hayes, a former Jets forth, is the Philadelphia Flyers ‘ candidate. The prize was first presented in 1988, and just Kris King, a Jets player, did so in 1996. Josh Morrissey, a defenseman, was the Jets ‘ contender last year. For his “outstanding efforts to the local community and charitable organizations,” Bauer won the Co Person of the Year Award for the Moose.

After serving as a manager for the Winnipeg Jets Hockey Academy under-11 group for the second straight season, he is now one of 32 contenders for the AHL’s Yanick Dupre Memorial Award. He also makes images for the Brotherhood and Foster Family Network of Manitoba, the St. Amant Foundation, and Siloam Mission. The Moose won Jimmy Oligny next year, and he also won the Yanick Dupre Memorial Award in 2023. The AHL may make the success announcement for this year later this month.
