​Mame Boye Diao case: The Dakar correctional court has rendered its verdict 

  Mame Boye Diao has lost the battle in the judicial dispute that opposed Adama Faye, the Dmedia group and the director of Sen TV, Adjia Khadija Sy, reports Les Echos. L’inspecteur des impôts has not only been rebuffed by the tribunal of his claim for reparation of 500.000. 000 CFA francs in damages and interest, but the defendants were purely and simply absolved of the facts of defamation and complicity. The case was heard yesterday, Wednesday 26 November 2025, before the tribunal correctionnel de Dakar. A year after the outbreak of this judicial procedure in November 2024, the Correctional Tribunal of Dakar finally settled the dispute between Mame Boye Diao and the brother-in-law of the former President of the Republic Macky Sall, Adama Faye, to the Dmedia press group and Adjia Khadija Sy, Director of Programmes of Sen TV. According to Les Echos, during the trial, nobody appeared at yesterday’s hearing. Even the lawyers of both parties were absent.
