Manitoba offers$ 17 million for aircraft jobs, training and a testing center

The Manitoba state is investing$ 17 million to expand its aerospace-related employment and training opportunities. The money includes an$ 8-million grant and a$ 9-million loan, to be repaid over 12 years, to Magellan Aerospace. Premier Wab Kinew says some of the money will be used to set up a state-of-the-art cutting center and a fresh testing atmosphere, and 64 fresh jobs are expected nevertheless.
