The Haute Cour de Justice, presided over by the Premier président de la Cour d’appel de Dakar, Abdoulaye Ba, is continuing its investigations in the framework of the rendition of accounts in the Force Covid-19 funds case. According to Seneweb’s exclusive information, the commission of inquiry will proceed, this Monday, to the hearing of an authority in the case of Amadou Mansour Faye. He is the former Minister of Commerce, Aminata Assome Diatta. She was heard as a witness. The latter had recently taken a position, calling into question the report of the Court of Auditors.
