The Vancouver Police Department swore in 20 new volunteers on Friday, adding to its present power of 1, 448 soldiers. Among the new recruits is a unique combo, in reality, it’s a first for the VPD. David Collette, 28, and Jennifer Collette, 26, are sisters, who were sworn in up.
