Marcos Da Claudina Masango has been a Tsonga musical artist for the past 11 years and is set to release three powerful songs.

Tsakani – Marcos Da Claudina Masango joined the music industry as a backup dancer for artist Lucia Sithole in 2014 when he was in Grade Eight.
He was also a baritone in his high school choir.
He is popularly known on stage as ‘Mr Marcus’ and now produces Tsonga music.
Growing up, he looked up to R Kelly, General Musica, Mr Bow, Usher, Michael Jackson, 50 Cent and Thomas Chauke.
“I have worked with Payne Stingz, Hyper Sauce, DJ Jasta, King Tony, DJ Nez, Mana Sheshe, and Mathokwa, and aspire to work with Papa Penny and Ringo Madlingozi.
“I am working on three singles and an Afro-pop gospel collaboration with Payne Stingz and Bright titled Ngiyabonga Baba. The inspiration behind it is to project gratitude for the things God has done for me, and appreciating my musical talent,” he said.
Masango said he is also working on a house music track titled Yiwena Ungateka mbilu Yanga, which features Mathokwa.
“Our song is a love song telling a story about a person deeply in love and drowning in happiness.
“Swi Kwembu Swa Bhonga is also a powerful track I am working on. It is dedicated to my ancestors. All three singles will be released on February 28,” he added.
Masango said his biggest goal is to make a lot of money through music so he can help the needy financially and assist the homeless and orphanages.
He said his lyrics are motivated by the way life is and the things humans might face in life.
“My music is therapeutic; it lets me forget every bad and painful thing I have had to overcome,” he said.
