Rev. Rev., the Founder and Führer of the Anointed Palace Chapel ( APC ). Obofour has shared the heartfelt account of his family’s last moments, revealing that she had anticipated her departure.
The well-known priest described how his mother had set up her death for her withdrawal during one of his Sunday services, instructing her home to frame her pictures during her birthday parade.
He claims that she even asked people to take a close look at her so there wouldn’t be another chance.
My mom was aware that she would pass away. She told me she wanted to have a check-up, but when the physicians wanted to admit her, she turned down. She also joked that if I had traveled again to Accra, she may have gone “home,”” Rev. Obofour narrated the story.
He further explained that his family made sure his daughter had makeup on and donned her favorite outfit before calmly aging in the hospital.
When my sister called to say that my mother had passed, he continued,” I was in a meeting.”
Rev. Obofour’s personal revelation has since touched numerous, and sympathisers are sending condolences to him as he grieves the loss of his mother.
