Ndidi could depart from Leicester City to join Everton, according to a former chief scout of Manchester United.

Mick Brown, the former chief scout of Manchester United, is of the opinion that Wilfred Ndidi, the Super Eagles midfielder, is likely to leave Leicester City this summer, with Everton being a potential destination. In an interview with Football Insider, he mentioned that Everton has shown interest in Ndidi after tracking his performances with Leicester during the last Premier League season. “Everton is contemplating a move for Wilfred Ndidi, who is a reliable player,” Brown stated. “They have had scouts observing his performances, and he has been one of Leicester City’s standout players.” “I believe Ndidi will be receptive to this opportunity, especially to re-enter the Premier League after Leicester’s relegation. I anticipate that Everton will try to sign him before other clubs such as Real Betis and Manchester United. Regardless, it seems certain that Ndidi will be departing from Leicester this summer.” Renowned for his ability to intercept, recover, and cover ground, Ndidi stood out as one of the few bright spots at King Power Stadium. The Foxes have a challenging job ahead to retain their valuable player. The Nigerian player recently signed a three-year contract with the club last summer, but the agreement has a provision that allows for an exit. After Leicester was relegated, Ndidi can now be acquired for a fee of £9 million.
