Among the sanctioned clubs is Campos FC of Owerri, penalised over alleged complicity in a match-fixing scandal following their 15-2 triumph over A&A Kiviasennus Palvelut FC in Awka. Similarly, Cynosure FC of Abakaliki petitioned the NLO, alleging a match-fixing incident involving Liberty Lions and E-World FC in Calabar..
