NNL: Offor demands improvement from Akwa United players

Akwa United players have been urged to keep up the momentum ahead of the second stanza of the Nigeria National League, NNL.

The Promise Keepers head coach Paul Offor gave the charge after his team’s away win over Calabar Rovers in their final match of the first stanza.

Offor reminded his players that there is still enough room for improvement before the end of the season.

“We need to continue to improve and keep our heads down,” Offor told the club’s media.

“This is just the first round; the league is not over yet.”

Akwa United occupy the top spot on the NNL Conference B with 19 points.
