Tsakani – Panana Sello Bojabotshea’s (47) friends and family are sad that there has been no progress in the investigation of his death.

Bojabotshea’s charred remains were discovered on April 22, 2024, in Geluksdal, a short distance from the Germiston Stadium.

He was on duty as a security guard for a private company at the stadium the weekend before being found. Those who got to the stadium shortly after he was found claimed there was blood close to the guardhouse.

There are claims of blood on the stadium’s boundary fence, which led his loved ones to believe he tried to escape after being attacked.

Those closest to him said they are struggling to find details from the local police about the circumstances surrounding his death.

They said they want justice for the son, brother, uncle and father they lost. The Tsakane SAPS confirmed there were no arrests made.
