The full-back has been crucial in Forest’s efforts to secure a spot in continental competitions for the upcoming season. The 28-year-old has netted two goals in 27 league matches for the Reds this season. Aina joined Nuno Espirito Santo’s squad on a free transfer in July 2023, signing a one-year deal. Last summer, Forest exercised a one-year extension option for the defender.
