Ikorodu City technical adviser, Bright Ozebagbe has accused Kun Khalifat FC of assault.
Ozebagbe revealed that his player was assaulted under the tunnel after Sunday’s encounter at the Dan Anyiam Stadium, Owerri.
Olarewaju Molade was sent off during the encounter.
Kun Khalifat FC were held to a 2-2 draw by Ikorodu City in the matchday 31 encounter.
“We had a red card and the player was going out and was assaulted under the tunnel,” Ozebagbe told Puyaka.
“We had to call the referees and the match commissioner attention to the incident.”
Ikorodu City remains in third position on the league table with 49 points despite the result.
