Nasarawa United head coach Mbwas Mangut has expressed satisfaction with his team’s draw against his former club Plateau United.
The two teams battled to a 0-0 draw at the New Jos Stadium on Sunday.
The Solid Miners are still searching for their first away win against Plateau United.
Nasarawa United maintained top spot on the table with 31 points from 17 matches following the stalemate.
Mangut insisted that the outcome of the game was not bad for his team.
“We came with a game plan that I would say paid off to a large extent, even though they also had their playing time,” Mangut told the club’s media.
“Unfortunately, a share of the spoils was all we could each part ways with, which isn’t also bad.”
