Shooting Stars technical adviser Gbenga Ogunbote has reacted to his team’s draw against Plateau United, reports Completesports.com.. The Ibadan club were held to a 1-1 draw by Plateau United in a matchday 22 encounter at the New Jos Stadium on Sunday.. Tijani Kabiru gave Shooting Stars the lead in the 74th minute, while Albert Hilary equalised for the hosts two minutes later.. Shooting Stars are now unbeaten in their last seven league games.. “If we had taken the advantage today, maybe it would have been a different ball game, but be it as it may, one point on the road by this time is something,”he told the club’s media.. “It would have been suicidal if we had conceded the second goal. They (Plateau United) showed a killer distinct, you saw the way they came at us, we were careless they scored, and they fought to get the second goal.”. On the title race, Ogunbote said. “I think we have 17 games to determine that, so nobody has won it, nobody has lost it. Every team in the premiership league has equal chance of winning it.”.
