​Orban nets his third league goal as Hoffenheim triumphs over Werder Bremen.    

 

Striker Gift Orban of the Super Eagles increased his Bundesliga goal tally to three after scoring in Hoffenheim’s 3-1 victory against Werder Bremen on Sunday. This match was Orban’s sixth league appearance and he has netted three goals in his last four games. He scored his goal in the 63rd minute, putting Hoffenheim ahead 3-1, before being substituted in the 76th minute. His Nigerian teammate Kevin Akpoguma also played a role, coming on as a substitute in the 88th minute, marking his 21st league appearance this season. This win marked a return to form for Hoffenheim, who had suffered two consecutive losses before this match.
