The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has constituted a Caretaker Committee in Zamfara State.
This was contained in a statement by the party’s National Publicity Secretary, Ini Ememobong, on Monday.
According to the statement, the Committee is charged with the responsibility of running the affairs of the Party in Zamfara State, as stipulated in Section 21(2)(a-b) of our Party’s Constitution, for a period not exceeding ninety days or until such time as a new Executive shall be elected.
The Caretaker Committee has Hassan Muhammad Daudawa as Chairman and Muhammad Danbuba as Secretary.
Other members include Shehu S. Fulani, Rabiu Illele Bakura, Musa Mallaha, Sani Lasisi Kaura and Hajiya Hauwa Kulu Makkah.
