D.D., aged 4 years, an escapee from justice to the acts of a mentally deficient named S. Ndiaye, 26 years old. Plombier de formation, the latter has dragged the girl into the buissons of the Technopôle de Pikine before attempting to abuse her. He was surprised and then interviewed by an agent of the Department of Water and Forests who had been following the scene from his guard post in the Technopôle. The girl had previously been reported missing on Tuesday 5 August. His parents sounded the alarm and began searching in the local corners. But they haven’t found the little girl.
