Pikine: Victim of a burglary, the Administrative and Financial Director of Sécuriport is made…

In the night of 31 August, Sékoun Jean Martial N’Gatta, the administrative and financial director of Sécuriport, was the victim of a robbery at Cité Sipres 2 (Dakar). Individuals broke into his home and took, among other things, an iPhone 15 and the sum of 1.5 million FCFA. Forced by his professional skills, Sékoun Jean Martial deployed, from the next day, his own means to recover his assets. Thanks to the geolocation of his mobile phone, he located the thief in front of a mechanical workshop in Pikine. Passing by the police, he made a raid on the place, accompanied by some friends, and was able to retrieve his iPhone 15 and a million CFA francs from the hands of Abdoulaye D., an itinerant merchant. According to L’Observateur de ce mercredi 3 septembre, the suspect was then arrested and taken to his home in Fass Mbao for a search conducted by elements of the Pikine police station. On the spot, the border guards discovered some 20 telephones, a tablet, three portable computers and a Ford Fusion vehicle.
