Johannesburg ā Power 987 has announced a new line-up of radio hosts, which includes former MP Colleen Makhubeke and well-known newspaper Editor Mondli Makhanya.
Announcing the new radio host on Thursday, 26 February 2026, Power 987 said it continues to elevate its programming offering with the addition of Influential voices.
In a statement made available to The Bulrushes, Power 987 welcomed Makhubele, Sello Hatang, the former CEO of the Nelson Mandela Foundation, and former Wits Student Representative Kefentse Mkhari.
Makhubele will anchor Power Perspectives weekdays from 8pm to midnight.
Hatang will host Power Week on Sunday mornings from 9 am to midday.
Mkhari will host Power Zone weekdays from midnight to 3am.
The young and vibrant Clementine Mabena follows in the footsteps of her father, Bob Mabena, the late legendary broadcaster.
She joins Power 987 as a weekend presenter.
Multi-award-winning actress Lerato Mvelase will host Power Perspective ā The Sunday Edition from 9pm to midnight.
Last Week, the station announced the arrival of Makhanya, who will lead Power Talk.
