The President of the Republic has granted, this Tuesday, an audience to M. Lan Meizhong, President-director general of the CGCOC group, in the presence of His Excellency M. Li Zhigang, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Senegal This meeting is part of the follow-up of cooperation projects between Senegal and China. It allowed a review of the state of progress of the current programmes and the implementation of the guidelines and instructions given by the Head of State during his recent official visit to China. The discussions focused on strengthening the Sino-Senegalese strategic partnership, particularly in the fields of infrastructure, energy, agriculture and hydraulics.
