More charges may be brought against a missing person who is suspected of being the victim of a killing, according to Cape Breton police. Although no further information was made about the incident, Cape Breton Regional Police confirmed that a rifle was involved in Kenneth Justin MacDonald’s dying at a press conference today. The policeman power confirmed on December 31 that a third man had been charged in the case. According to police captain Robert Walsh, the alleged murder, which involved some sort of assault, was an isolated incident, but Walsh emphasized that it wasn’t a strange act of violence. MacDonald was last seen around 11 p. m. on July 7 at an Irving petrol station in North Sydney, N. S., and his car was found July 10 about 25 miles apart in the community of Mira Road. Thus far, two people have been charged with second-degree murder and robbery, and a fourth man has been charged with murder and assault.
