​PSG’s owner expressed that he has no regrets about losing the Club World Cup final against Chelsea.    

 

Nasser Al-Khelaifi, president of PSG, expressed that he isn’t upset about the team’s defeat in the 2025 Club World Cup final against Chelsea on Sunday. The Parisian club fell short of securing a fifth trophy of the season, losing 3-0 to Chelsea in New Jersey. In a statement on the club’s website, Al-Khelaifi conveyed his pride in the players’ accomplishments throughout the season, adding, “Congratulations to Chelsea.” They earned their win. We have every reason to feel proud of our achievements this season. We aimed to secure this Club World Cup victory, but it’s a challenging task.
