Message from the President of the Order to the First President of the Court of Auditors. On behalf of the Ordre des Experts Comptables et des Comptables agréés du Sénégal (ONECCA) and on my own behalf, I would like to extend my sincere congratulations to you and to all the magistrates and collaborators of the Court of Auditors for the quality and rigour of the audit report on the Government’s report on the situation of public finances from 2019 to March 2024. It constitutes a valuable decision-making tool for public authorities and a reliable source of information for all economic and institutional actors.
