​Scandal of the Producer: Irregularities, accusations and the shadow of a political crisis 

  The case of the Programme des Domaines Agricoles Communautaires (Prodac) has become a real financial scandal in Senegal, exposing serious irregularities in the management of public funds. The report of the Inspection Générale des Finances (IGF) reveals a series of shortcomings attributed to the former minister Mame Mbaye Niang, and sheds light on a management that arouses strong criticism. Initially approved without problems, this contract is today at the heart of controversies. The audit of the IGF a mis en évidence: The non-respect of the contractual clauses by Green 2000.
